My personal and professional interests are the health and well being of children and adults, whom I seek to serve by:
Sustaining a grass roots movement to help people connect to nature and their food sources through the growing, preparation, and eating of wholesome foods.
Increasing awareness and action in the areas of environmental health, specifically instructional gardens.
Restoration of family dinner tables.
Spreading the message of diet and lifestyle changes that can delay, prevent, or reverse health and mental health problems that are biochemically related to blood sugar regulation and poor mood chemistry. These include: depression, anxiety, learning issues, obesity, diabetes and/or problems with alcohol.
